Reconstructing Epicurus’ Lost Portrait Statue
The Digital Sculpture Project is using digital technologies to reconstruct the lost portrait sculpture of Greek philosopher Epicurus, following the hypothetical reconstruction proposed by Bernard Frischer in his book The Sculpted Word (1982).
